I had a missing item in my order and reached out about it. They took care of it quick, and the refund showed up without any back and forth or annoying long emails. i’m happy with how they handled it.

The bread is usually fresh, which I appreciate, but the cakes have been dry a couple times. Not sure how to explain it, but it just feels a little inconsistent. It’s not bad overall, just not somewhere I’d count on every time...

In my experience, the store looks clean every time I stop in. The aisles are tidy, and the carts always seem like they’ve been wiped down, which I really appreciate.

I use Acme delivery when I don’t feel like making a trip to the store, and for the most part it gets the job done. My orders usually arrive in decent shape, and the food is packed well. That said, I expect a delivery service to stick closer to the time window they give, and that’s where it’s been a little inconsistent. A couple of my orders showed up late, and one time I had to call just to figure out where it was. It’s not a bad service, but if you’re expecting it to be on time every time, you might be a bit disappointed.

Parking at my store was always easy. Quick in, quick out, no hassle.

I order from Acme Markets every now and then, and the quality is kind of all over the place. Packaged stuff is usually fine, because apparently boxes and cans are harder to mess up. The produce, though, can be a gamble, sometimes it’s already soft or gives up on life way too quickly. The meat has been decent, so there’s that. It’s not awful, I just wish it were a little more consistent.

I tried curbside pickup through Acme this week, and it went smoother than I expected. The ordering part was simple, and being able to choose a pickup time that fit my day made the whole thing feel a lot less like a chore.

When I got to the store, I checked in and only waited about five minutes. Someone came out, was friendly, and loaded everything straight into my trunk, so there really wasn’t much for me to do.
There was just one item swapped out, but the replacement was totally fine. Overall, it was easy, quick, and I wasn’t exactly upset about skipping the usual lap around the store.

I’ve had some decent luck with the veggies being fresh, but the berries were mushy again, which is just... I don’t know. It’s not terrible overall, but the produce section feels a little inconsistent.

I mostly use the Acme app for the digital coupons and rewards, and it’s been useful overall. The coupons usually come off at checkout without any trouble, though one time I had to ask the cashier to fix it. It still helps me save on the stuff I buy every week, so I’m happy with it

The prices are fair, and when I remember to use the coupons, it actually makes a noticeable difference. I mean, groceries add up so fast now, so any little bit helps. Overall, it’s been worth it for me.

I shop here often. The sales help a lot. Saves me money most weeks. Always nice to find a good deal

I had a little issue with my Acme order, so I sent them a message figuring it might take a while. They got back to me faster than I expected and fixed it without making it a whole back and forth. The person I talked to was friendly too, which was nice. Definitely left me feeling better about ordering from acmemarkets.com again

The steaks and salmon have been fresh every time I’ve bought them, which is more than I can say for some places. Nice to know it’s possible to get decent meat and seafood without playing a guessing game.

I go to Acme Markets a lot, and the people working there are always nice to me, which I do appreciate. Even when it is busy, they still say hi and, if I need something, help me find it. The cashiers too are friendly most times. It just makes the whole shopping thing feel easier, for me anyway

The checkout process was kind of slow for me. It worked in the end, but it took longer than I expected, so the experience felt a little hit or miss

I was able to find what I needed without too much wandering around, which is always nice. The aisles are laid out in a way that mostly makes sense, so I wasn’t doing that whole back-and-forth thing too much. It did feel a little crowded in spots, though, like I had to squeeze past people or carts here and there, but overall it was fine and straightforward.

I can usually find what I’m looking for here. Most of the stuff I needed was available, so it worked out fine.

I ordered my groceries online for pickup and it was mostly a smooth kind of thing. The app was easy enough to use, not confusing too much. A few items had to be swapped, but they did text me first, which I liked. Pickup took a bit longer than I thought it would, but the staff was nice and the bags were packed good. Overall, it worked fine for me.

I order from Acme online regularly, and for the most part the basics are fine. The substitutions are where it gets a little frustrating, though. Sometimes the swap makes sense, but other times it’s a completely different size or flavor than what I wanted. It’s not the end of the world, but it feels avoidable if shoppers used a little more common sense.

Umm, everything in my Acme order came exactly how I picked it. Nothing was missing and there weren’t any weird substitutions, which I really appreciated. It was easy overall, and I’d definitely order again.
